What
States, arguably the most important actors in the field of International Relations, are using their capabilities in the cyber domain as part of their statecraft. Best known are the capabilities and actions of the powerful states (e.g. the US, Russia, China, Britain, France). In this project I will attempt to bring to light the capabilities, actions, and policies of the weak actors, such as states in the Nordic and the Baltic regions. There will also be drips from other topics in cyber security.
Who
I have a background in cyber security, and I am currently studying international relations on the side.
I find the intersection of cyber and IR is fascinating and so this project was created.
